This is a Farmers Wife Original.
Ingredients:
1 16 oz. Pkg. Frozen stir fry vegetables
1 1/2 lbs. Boneless skinless chicken thigh tenders, (do not use chicken breasts)
1 12 oz. Bottle Stir Fry Sauce
2 Pkgs. Chicken Ramen
1-2 Chopped Green Onions
Directions:
Spray the crock pot with cooking spray, put the vegetables in the bottom. Add the chicken and sauce on top and stir. Cook on low for 4 hours. Break up the noodles and add in after chicken is done, cook for another 30 minutes. Serve with green onion on top.
Review:
This is similar to Asian Beef with Noodles, but with chicken and is a lot easier to make. It was tasty, but I would say not my favorite. I would give this 2.5 Stars.
